Make sure you save all of the physical evidence of the person’s harassment. If you experience an escalation in the situation, it’s important that you have all of the evidence ready to go especially if you need to involved the authorities about what is going on.

If you feel safe to do so, you can confront your partner’s ex in a mature way. If you can sit down and have a conversation with them, this might help. If needed, bring in a neutral third party to help mediate the conversation. However, if you feel any threat, avoid doing this.
