During the bar scene in The Incredible Hulk, both Robert Downey, Jr. and William Hurt improvised the whole scene. There wasn’t a single line written in the script. So, remember that famous line Downey delivers to a drunk Ross (William Hurt), all him. Iron Man approaches Thunderbolt and says, “I hear you have an unusual problem. What if I told you we were putting a team together…”

Next up is the hilarious Zach Galifianakis in The Hangover. Okay, we all remember when he did some pretty wild things to that baby. Well, even Zach is a bit ashamed of this improvised moment. He said, “The one improv that will haunt me for the rest of my life, is the [ scene where I ] make the baby [unknowingly mimic a sexual act].” Luckily, it was only a doll and not a real baby in the scene. The director loved the improvisation and kept it for the film.
