Bridesmaids

Bridesmaids has quickly become one of the most quotable comedy films of the recent decade. Of course, no one could forget that scene when the women come down with food poisoning while shopping for dresses. Seriously, we can’t forget it even if we tried. The cast revealed that when Maya Rudolph falls to the ground in the middle of the street in her wedding gown this was totally unscripted. I mean it makes sense, her character literally could not wait one more second to relieve herself.

Pretty Woman

After starring alongside Richard Gere in Pretty Woman, Julia Roberts solidified her place as an A list star in Hollywood. Clearly, the premise of the movie is an homage to the Eliza Doolittle makeover in My Fair Lady and the play Pygmalion, since Gere plays Edward Lewis who transforms Roberts’ character, Vivian. There’s a scene where Edward has a necklace for Vivian. However, when he presents it to her and she reaches to touch it, he closes the box before she touches it. Turns out, Richard Gere came up with this as a sort of prank to pull on Roberts, who loved it and thought it was hysterical.
