Apparently, new witness have come forward, saying they heard loud noises from the yacht the night Wood died. However, Robert Wagner’s attorney, Blair Beck, emphasized in 2013 that his client had no involvement with the death. Now, the Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman, Nicole Nishida said, “After 30 years, neither Mr. Wagner nor his daughters have any new information to add to this latest investigation.” She did however, blame the publicity seekers for their attempt at exploiting the case.
