While we would suggest avoiding anything related to the ‘Brony Culture’, My Little Pony is still the perfect show for young boys and girls alike. The animation is intoxicating and the voice work is second to none. The themes of friendship and fun are timeless and the writing on the program is genuinely good.

Imagine a Family Guy inspired kids show that focused on two ambitious genius level kids living in suburbia. Phineas and Ferb was a surprisingly strong show tucked into an otherwise ugly line up on the Disney Channel. What we love about this show is that the two lead characters, brothers actually, are genuinely affectionate of one another and always work together — a nice lesson for bickering kids.
