Adventure Time
There is something to be said about Finn and Jake’s adventures in the Land of Ooo — we’re just not exactly sure what it is. Adventure Time is the cultural craze right now thanks to its broad appeal to both children and adults alike. The show is all about the purity of fun, adventure, and camaraderie. Occasionally the jokes dip a little low brow but mostly they are unique and genuinely funny.

This animated show started back in 1996 and it is still going on today. PBS has a great track record with animated kids shows and Arthur is potentially their finest work. This show Arthur and his school buddies as they learn all about the world around them. The show touches on important themes of family, friendship, and education. Over the years there have been some amazing actors on the show as well: Matt Damon, Art Garfunkel, Joan Rivers and more.
