Most people have seen references to the poor drivers in TV shows and movies about the Garden State. Though it’s not as bad as New York, it drags New Jersey down to the top 15 for having rude people. With that, it’s not very friendly!

Could New Jersey’s issue be that there are too many people in a very pricey place to live? Who knows. It feels like a different culture, and they don’t care at all if you’re not in their close-knit circle. Small talk often feels intrusive and rude, too!
