Delaware might be called the First State, but that’s not because it’s overly friendly. However, it does appear to be nice to the customer service reps working. Still, drivers don’t stop at red lights, and auto insurance rates have skyrocketed compared to the rest of the country.

Could Delaware’s problem be that it’s too crammed with people? In North Delaware, this might very well be the issue. Driving is aggravating and annoying, with some people claiming to have near-death experiences multiple times a day!
