Something that characterized her marriages was the fact that she was not able to have children. In 2019, she told the Daily Mail: “I thought that, naturally, when I grew up and got married, I’d have children. Sadly, it didn’t happen for me. I just thought it goes with the idea of being a woman. Then, when it didn’t happen, I started to panic and wondered why.”

While she was with Clapton, she attempted IVF treatments, but they did not end up working for her. On this ordeal, she shared: “Once you come to terms with the fact that it’s not going to happen to you, it takes a while to get a grip on reality and bite your lip.”
