Bill Walton was very popular in the 1970s as a UCLA Bruin. He won two nationals with them, and then joined the NBA to win two titles again. He finally retired and overcame his annoying stutter in 1987. That led him to become a commentator for CBS, NBC, ABC, and even the Los Angeles Clippers.
