Having captured such a tender and real moment so well, once people saw Dwayne’s work in the photo, demand for his work shot up dramatically. Since the photo was shared extensively online, he received hundreds of requests from couples that wanted him as their wedding photographer. He actually turned down 16 weddings in one summer!

Life After The Wedding
A year after their beautiful wedding, Caleb spoke with Today, and explained more about his thought behind the idea for the photo. He said: “We were about to take our first steps in life together, and we didn’t want to take a step without it being in God’s will. I prayed to God for my beautiful and intelligent wife that he blessed me and the amazing family I was marrying into.” The first year of marriage included a lot of time away for Caleb, but their faith was still strong.
