Pizza Haven
Seattle-based Pizza Haven was founded in 1958 and was once known as “dial-a-pizza.” It grew to 42 locations but by 1998, all of its locations except for one shut down. In 2012, the final Pizza Haven location in Seattle shut down for good.
Pumper Nic
Pumper Nic, which got its name from pumpernickel bread, is an Argentinian fast food restaurant which was quite successful in the 1970’s and 80’s until the big guys, aka McDonald’s and Burger King, made their way to Argentina. Pumper Nic lost its business and by 1974, shut down for good.
