In 2015 Kevin unveiled his new fit physique after losing 85 pounds. Since losing the weight, he has sworn to never go back to being that heavy. He has maintained that he will continue to eat right and exercise regularly.

Each person has their own way of undergoing a weight loss plan. Some have surgery, some cut out certain foods and others exercise. Jill has chosen to do boxing to help her shed the weight. She has lost 70 pounds so far.
