USS Arizona
The USS Arizona was a US Navy ship that was damaged during Pearl Harbor’s attack. It was struck in December 1942 and was in such bad condition that she couldn’t be used again. Over 1,100 were killed, and part of her sits as a memorial.

USS Utah
The Utah capsized during an attack and wasn’t recovered. However, it was partially salvaged, even with most of it being submerged completely. About 64 people were killed on the ship. Then, in 1972, a memorial was made from part of it, with other relics being preserved and on display at the Utah State Capitol.
