Rescue Ink was so devoted to the work that they do that even built their own shelter to house such animals. Unfortunately, their shelter was destroyed by a hurricane so they had to close its doors and continue using other shelters.

Sometimes they encountered cases where animals needed rehabilitation as a result of the abuse they received. When animals are neglected or abused, their behavior changes, like a person’s would. They become distrusting of humans and afraid and they need therapy.
