At 13-months, Grace was eating veggies and fruits whereas other children might not. However, her diet wasn’t that simple. Shannon had to prepare sophisticated meals. People might think this is weird, but Grace’s meal plan is quite typical. Breakfast consisted of veggies and eggs, with some roast chicken and more vegetables for lunch. At dinnertime, zucchini noodles are used for spaghetti bolognese, and the snacks are fresh fruits.
