The Friday after Thanksgiving (and often even in the early hours in between Thursday and Friday) has come to be known as Black Friday, which is touted to be one of the best day of sales at stores across the country. This has caused many non-Americans to be quite baffled at the mayhem that these sales often cause, which have resulted in many injuries and even deaths.
