Turn A Pencil Eyeliner Into A Gel Formula
Applying pencil eyeliner can be challenging, as the line that it creates is often quite thin. With that being said, applying liquid eyeliner is even worse. But we have the perfect trick to create that lighter, on point line. First, hold your eyeliner (of any color) under the flame. Then remove it from the flame and let it cool for about 15 seconds. Now you have a new liquid eyeliner to easily apply!
