Chocolate Banana Blender Muffins
You heard right, everything but the chocolate chips go into the blender! Just get 1 medium ripe banana, 1 egg, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend all of this until smooth, scoop the batter into the muffin slots, sprinkle with chocolate chips if you want and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes and cool on a wire rack before stuffing your face!
