Craig, who studied biochemistry, biology and computer science, won $503,200 on Jeopardy! in 2010. That became the highest single-day winnings in the show’s history. After his Jeopardy! appearance, he earned his doctorate degree. Are you surprised? Most people would vacation, but this intelligent man chose to pursue further education! On top of his initial winnings, he won the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions in 2011.

Wow, speaking of financial advisor, we sure hope Brad Rutter got a reputable financial advisor after taking home $4,385,702! Unsurprisingly, he won the most money EVER on Jeopardy!, and also in American game show history! While he’s never lost a Jeopardy! match against another person, he lost to a computer. Poor Brad lost to an IBM computer in an exhibition match. Come on though, we can’t hold that against this genius!
