Disney brought Rudyard Kipling’s beautiful writing to life with this 1967 animated classic. The Jungle Book features some of our favorite song and dance numbers including ‘The Bear Necessities’. The live action adaptation was good but no match for the original.

Disney cleaned up the original Brother’s Grimm version of the story in order to tell the tale of a magical fairy godmother and her delicate charge, Cinderella. The story has become a staple and the animated film the origin. Cinderella has seen numerous riffs and remakes over the years but nothing will ever touch the clean, timeless feeling of the original.
