Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie)
Mackenzie aka Ruthie from 7th Heaven went on to become an equestrian show jumper. Though she found time to guest star in a few things since the show. Like Mitchell, she appears in The Secret Life of the American Teenager. In 2013, she broke the news to fans that she was no longer little Ruthie when she posed for Maxim to declare her womanhood.
